In this role you design and deploy end-to-end GenAI architectures for insurance pricing, embedding AI across the pricing stack. You work with actuaries, data scientists, and AI Transformation Architects to ensure scalable, business-aligned solutions. You tackle complex pricing analytics, build LLM-powered tools, and present insights to senior stakeholders. This position sits at the intersection of actuarial science, data engineering, and cutting‑edge AI, driving transformation in Allianz Global P&C; pricing.

Retribuzione / Benefits

- Design and develop end-to-end AI architectures for insurance pricing, including retrieval, knowledge systems, agentic workflows, and production deployment
- Lead integration of AI/ML models (GLMs, LightGBM), rating engines, and portfolio data into agentic architectures for natural language interaction by pricing analysts
- Build and maintain LLM-powered tools to accelerate tariff analysis, pricing code generation, what‑if simulations, and regulatory documentation
- Prototype AI solutions rapidly and present them to senior stakeholders, translating technical concepts into actionable insights
- Collaborate with actuaries, data scientists,



and AI Transformation Architects to ensure scalable and robust AI solutions aligned with business goals
- Contribute to definition of AI architecture standards and best practices within Global P&C; Pricing

Responsabilità

- Bachelor in a quantitative field (e.g., Mathematics, Physics, Computer Engineering, Data Engineering)
- 3–5 years of hands‑on experience designing and deploying GenAI solutions
- Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end AI architectures, LLM‑powered tools, and AI/ML model integration (GLMs, LightGBM)
- Proficiency in Python; familiarity with SQL, ETL, and data modeling
- Hands‑on knowledge of Cloud Services (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Experience with LLM APIs and providers (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, HuggingFace)
- Experience with agentic and RAG frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen) and vector databases (pgvector, Weaviate, Pinecone)
- Familiarity with MLOps and model serving concepts (MLflow, CI/CD)
- Familiarity with Git, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Fluent in Italian and English; strong communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
- International experience is a plus
- Passion for AI, insurance, risk modelling, and pricing
