Join Covestro’s ChemPark Service team in Filago as the in-house expert for buildings, civil infrastructure, utilities and facility assets. You will shape lifecycle strategies, assess risks and coordinate external engineering resources to safeguard compliance and long-term asset value. This role supports capital projects, regulatory adherence and emergency preparedness, contributing to a high-standard industrial site. You’ll collaborate with authorities, utilities and consultants to ensure safe, uninterrupted operations.

- Develop and implement lifecycle strategies for buildings and infrastructure assets based on risk, compliance and business needs
- Assess infrastructure conditions, identify technical risks and coordinate external engineering assessments and contractors
- Manage technical aspects of industrial buildings, civil infrastructure, containment systems, roads and shared utility networks
- Act as technical interface with authorities, utilities, engineering firms and consultants; coordinate inspections and permitting
- Support infrastructure and civil engineering capital projects from requirements definition to contractor selection and monitoring




- Maintain technical documentation supporting the site's License to Operate and regulatory compliance
- Support emergency preparedness for infrastructure-related events and provide technical support during incidents

Responsibilities

- Minimum 8 years of experience in industrial infrastructure, civil engineering or facility engineering
- Experience in chemical, petrochemical or comparable industrial environments
- Strong background in infrastructure asset management, contractor management and capital projects
- Knowledge of building regulations and regulatory compliance related to industrial infrastructure
- Strong ownership mindset, analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to coordinate multidisciplinary external resources
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Sustainability awareness and proactive approach to long-term asset value preservation
