Experteer Overview

As Hybrid Project Engineer, you translate engineering capabilities into high‑value products and services. You will support both pre‑sales and post‑sales activities, analyzing customer needs and delivering tailored, practical designs that meet quality and performance targets. You’ll lead product and process development, modeling solutions with CAD/CAM/CAE tools and ensuring alignment with cost and safety requirements. You work cross‑functionally to adapt offerings to customer specs and hand over efficiently to production, while traveling within the assigned area. This role blends technical leadership with customer‑facing collaboration to drive compelling solutions for Walter Italia’s partners

Responsabilità

- University degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- Strong experience managing internal and external customer relationships
- Analytical and persuasive with good interpersonal skills
- Good team player
- Knowledge of CAD/CAM/CAE systems
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area
