Experteer Overview
In this role you will supervise shopfloor manufacturing activities and ensure on‑time MPS execution while meeting SQCD targets. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives, coordinate cross‑functional actions, and support KPI tracking across APSYS deployments. You’ll act as a bridge between Manufacturing and other functions, ensuring policy compliance and efficient delivery of finished products. This position offers impact by shaping shopfloor performance in a globally valued transport leader.
Retribuzione / Benefits
- Ensure monthly and weekly MPS execution/accuracy aligned with SQCD targets
- Supervise shopfloor manufacturing activities and close work orders in AOS/SES; track productive/non‑productive hours and analyze discrepancies
- Lead APSYS deployment on shopfloors and optimize workstations using APSYS tools; monitor KPIs
- Animate corrective actions (QRQC) and coordinate continuous improvement projects on the shopfloors
- Contribute to Manufacturing Skill Matrix updates and support critical operational issues with EPU Manager
- Support finish products delivery by liaising with stakeholders
- Foster effective communication between Manufacturing and other functions
- Implement and apply corporate policies (ISO, EHS, Ethics and Compliance)
Responsabilità
- Experience in supervising shopfloor manufacturing activities
- Ability to analyze time vs method discrepancies and propose improvements
- Familiarity with MPS, SQCD targets, and KPI tracking
- Experience with cross‑functional collaboration and communication
- Background in continuous improvement projects and problem‑solving
- Knowledge of QRQC or similar corrective action processes
