Support the assessment, mapping, and documentation of end-to-end Demand & Supply Planning processes, ensuring consistency and clear identification of improvement opportunities. Contribute to transformation initiatives aimed at simplifying, harmonizing, and standardizing planning processes across different functions, systems, and organizational areas. Identify process inefficiencies, operational pain points, and improvement opportunities, supporting the implementation of continuous improvement actions and best practices. Act between Business stakeholders and ICT teams , helping translate business requirements into functional specifications and supporting the delivery of digital solutions. Collaborate with Global Supply Chain teams to ensure alignment with corporate methodologies, governance models, planning standards, and transformation programs. Contributes to the definition and monitoring of process performance indicators,
providing insights on process effectiveness, planning quality, service levels, and operational performance. activities, helping embed new processes, tools, and ways of working across the organization.
