Own end‐to‐end tender participation and maintain compliance with public sector requirements. Lead the delivery of B2G upskilling and reskilling programmes and contribute to B2B programmes, managing end‐to‐end execution from kick‐off to closure. Lead end‐to‐end tender and bidding activities, from opportunity analysis to submission, ensuring alignment with requirements and evaluation criteria. Ensure compliance with public funding requirements, managing documentation, reporting, and audit readiness. Manage administrative and back‐office activities across both B2B and public‐funded projects, including documentation, reporting, invoicing support, and coordination with Finance. Monitor project economics and performance, including budget allocation, cost control,



and overall project sustainability. Leverage AI and productivity tools to map, streamline, and automate manual workflows across both tender and delivery processes, improving efficiency, consistency, and scalability. Qualifications Solid experience (≈4 years) in project management within consulting, corporate training, or similar environments. At least 2 years working on tenders, public procurement, or funded programmes, with hands‐on experience in scouting and analysing opportunities. Strong attention to detail and organisational skills when managing public sector requirements, including documentation, reporting, and audit processes. Ability to translate tender requirements into structured project plans and execute them end‐to‐end, taking ownership of timelines, budgets, and overall project performance.
