Experteer Overview In this role, you partner with sales to translate customer needs into technical solutions and business value. You will deliver demos, RFP/RFI responses, and technical workshops, influencing decisions through architecture guidance. You collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to improve Informatica-focused use cases and messaging. Your work helps customers adopt data-driven AI solutions while showcasing robust, responsible, and relevant technology. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role with visible impact across sales cycles and customer outcomes.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead end‐to‐end activities for customer demos, including discovery, qualification, and presentations
Respond to RFI/RFP documents and support customer engagements independently
Collaborate with Data Foundations, Core teams, Product Management, Engineering, and Product Marketing to refine product positioning
Share best practices and maintain up‐to‐date knowledge in your areas of responsibility




Stay certified in services relevant to your roles and support adoption through technical advisory and workshops
Provide feedback on product direction and assist with executive‐level events and demos
Responsabilità Bachelors in Computer Engineering or related field
5+ years of presales/technical sales, industry, or consulting experience
Strong communication skills for presentations and storytelling with GTM use cases
Experience building relationships with influencers, coaches, decision makers, and partners
Ability to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours
Experience in data integration, master data management, data governance (preferred)
Cloud data tools knowledge (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Azure) (preferred)
Basic cloud security knowledge (desirable)
English and Italian language skills
