Experteer Overview In this role you will lead the design, integration, and deployment of Murex modules across Integration, Reporting, and Market Data to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with clients and internal teams, coach junior consultants, and ensure high-quality, well-documented solutions aligned with governance standards. The position emphasizes delivering impact for financial sector projects within a growth-focused, innovation-driven environment. You will work in a hybrid setup across multiple Italian cities, contributing to complex migrations and upgrades and shaping scalable financial solutions. Responsibilities Lead analysis, design, and implementation of Murex modules in Integration, Reporting, and Market Data, aligning with business needs and architecture. Serve as a primary contact for clients and internal teams, facilitating workshops and translating requirements into technical solutions.



Mentor and share knowledge with junior consultants to foster a collaborative, high-performance team. Ensure delivery quality through testing, documentation, and adherence to governance standards. Qualifications Minimum 5 years of Murex project experience. Deep knowledge of at least one module: Integration, Reporting, or Market Data. Solid understanding of financial products and trade life cycle. Familiarity with Murex tools: MXML, Datamart, RTBS, MDRS, Market Data loaders. Experience in migration, upgrade, or implementation projects. Excellent communication and teamwork, with ability to work independently. Strong functional and technical analysis skills.
