Overview Manager - Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance. Prometeia, a leading European company in Risk and Wealth Management solutions and services for institutional investors, is seeking a professional to join the Strategic Advisory & Corporate Finance team. The team serves financial intermediaries on the national territory, undertaking projects in strategic business planning, M&A; advisory, and transformation management.Responsibilities Analyze client operating contexts, historical performance, sector trends, and potential evolution of core businessSupport in creating economic-financial and equity projectionsIdentify and monitor appropriate KPIs for business performanceEvaluate the economic value of banks, industrial operators, company branches,
