Experteer Overview In this role you drive the ICT product vision and roadmap, partnering with business and engineering teams to deliver technology-driven digital products. You bridge strategy and execution, ensuring timely, budget-conscious delivery aligned to business goals. You will oversee project planning, track KPIs, and foster process improvements across cross-functional teams in a multinational environment. Retribuzione / Benefits Define product vision, roadmap, and priorities for Engineering, Design and Methods teams
Co-manage the product backlog with Business Product Manager or oversee projects with the Business Project Manager
Coordinate with engineering teams to deliver features meeting customer and business needs
Serve as interface between Product Manager and Engineering teams
Validate delivered work against acceptance criteria and quality standards
Track tech performance metrics and KPI, monitor progress, address issues




Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation
Define technical skills required for development and plan capacity with Digital Engineering
Develop documentation such as charters, scopes, risk assessments and status reports
Participate in vendor selection and contract management
Define product/project budget and monitor costs
Responsabilità University degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or similar field (explicitly required)
3 to 5+ years of IT product/project management experience in sales, marketing, or service sectors
Experience with CRM IT solutions implementation and customization (Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM, etc)
Proficiency with project/product management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid)
Experience using project management tools (MS Project/Planner, Jira, Azure DevOps)
Experience using diagram/visualization tools (Miro, Figma)
