Experteer Overview In this CSA Engineer role, you will support the delivery of civil, structural, and architectural works on a major Milan data centre project. You will work within a project delivery team aligned to quality, safety, and schedule aims, ensuring on‐site construction meets high standards. You'll collaborate with design and QA teams to resolve issues and drive timely completions. This is a hands‐on position in a market‐leading contractor delivering mission‐critical facilities with significant scale and impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Oversee and inspect CSA works on site ensuring quality across construction phases
Coordinate with QA to verify documentation and conformance to benchmarks
Monitor subcontractor progress against schedule and drive milestones
Maintain accurate site documentation including reports, inspections, and quality records
Participate in site and project meetings, reviews, planning, and handover activities
Review design drawings and liaise with design team to resolve constructability issues
Identify defects in subcontractor works and manage snag lists and close‐out actions per QMS
Promote and enforce Health & Safety standards on site
Responsabilità Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Structural, Architectural Engineering, or related discipline
Minimum 3 years' experience on large‐scale construction or data centre projects
Strong understanding of CSA construction techniques, QA/QC, and health & safety regulations
Experience coordinating subcontractors and managing works to programme
Competent in reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and design documentation
Excellent organisational, communication, and problem‐solving abilities
Proficient in IT systems and construction management platforms for snagging, documentation control, and reporting
