Experteer Overview As a Mechanical Field Service Engineer Centrifugal Compressor, you will lead on-site installation, maintenance, and repair activities for centrifugal compressor systems. You'll guide technical teams, ensure safety and quality compliance, and coordinate with customers to implement solutions. The role combines hands-on field work with ongoing product knowledge development in a dynamic energy environment.
You will engage with global clients, manage HSE compliance, and drive effective outcomes that support uptime and efficiency.
Retribuzione / Benefits Provide technical direction for site activities to internal teams and skilled labor ensuring safety and quality
Oversee overhaul, troubleshooting and commissioning of Centrifugal Compressor products at customer sites
Lead customer and contractor meetings to share action plans and advise on technical solutions
Ensure internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated and followed




Responsabilità Knowledge of installation and maintenance of rotating equipment
Experience in a mechanical role in energy or oil and gas environment
Strong customer service orientation and experience guiding customers through decisions
Ability to communicate complex technical information to diverse audiences
Strict awareness of Health, Safety and Environmental compliance and risk awareness
Self-starter with ability to make key decisions and innovate
Proficient English language skills (verbal and written)
EU passport/European Work permit and Italian language proficiency
Willingness to travel up to 70% (including offshore facilities)
