Specialista Senior / Project Manager
As a Senior HR leader and strategic partner, you will guide the full employee lifecycle and advise senior leadership on people decisions. You will oversee labor relations at territorial and national levels, drive organizational effectiveness, and lead change initiatives. This role combines high-impact negotiations with cross-functional collaboration to support FedEx's global people strategy. You will work with diverse stakeholders to deliver outcomes aligned with our People-Service-Profit culture.

Act as strategic partner to senior leadership across the organization
Manage the full hire-to-retire employee lifecycle
Provide expert coaching on people decisions and change management
Oversee labor relations at territorial and national levels
Lead negotiations, dispute resolution, and implementation of labor agreements




Support compliance with local labor laws and company policies
Collaborate with cross-functional teams across geographies to drive transformation
Extensive experience in senior HR roles in complex multinational settings
Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational dynamics
Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
Track record in high-impact negotiations with unions and employee representatives
Ability to influence senior stakeholders (Directors and VPs)
High adaptability, creativity, problem-solving with a forward-looking mindset
Autonomy with collaborative cross-functional leadership across geographies
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Advanced degree in HR, Business Administration, Law, or related field
Strong project management and experience driving cross-functional initiatives
