We are looking for a consultant who will be responsible for the co-design of our sales processes, as well as the rollout and integration of our SAP ecosystem (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) within the companies of the Würth Group.
Responsibilities:
Consulting and co-design of our sales processes with a focus on CRM and CX processes as the main interface between business departments, product development, and customers
Supporting the design and implementation of solutions by gathering and preparing user requirements and assisting with their technical realization
Rollout and integration of our SAP system landscape (SAP S/4HANA and SAP Customer Experience) across the companies of the Würth Group
Continuous development and standardization of group-wide business processes
Planning, coordination, and support in test management, as well as ensuring quality standards
Requirements:
Completed degree in Business Informatics, Applied Computer Science,
or a comparable IT qualification, along with at least 3 years of experience in SAP CRM, SAP Sales and Service, or a similar environment
Goal-oriented and self-reliant working style with strong analytical skills as well as a pronounced team and customer focus
Good command of German and English
Ideally, experience in global SAP projects
