As a Logistics Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the availability of medical products and devices by maintaining accurate inventory levels and supporting efficient supply chain operations. You will monitor device usage and procedure activity, manage replenishment activities, perform inventory control processes, and support billing validation efforts. Working closely with internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders, you will help ensure products are available where and when they are needed while contributing to the continuous improvement of logistics processes. This role offers the opportunity to apply analytical skills, support operational excellence initiatives, and contribute to the delivery of life-changing healthcare technologies.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

Monitor the consumption of medical devices and track procedure activity to ensure inventory accuracy and product availability

Place replenishment orders to maintain agreed inventory levels and support business requirements

Manage inventory levels,



investigate discrepancies, and support inventory optimization activities

Perform billing-related checks to ensure accurate transactions and compliance with established processes

Conduct full and partial cycle counts and support inventory control initiatives

Coordinate the flow of goods, services, and information to support customer and operational requirements

Collaborate with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and logistics partners to resolve delivery issues and drive process improvements

Required Knowledge and Experience:

Bachelor's Degree with 2 year of relevant experience

Experience in supply chain, logistics, inventory management, warehouse operations, or a related operational environment

Experience monitoring inventory levels, replenishment activities, and inventory control processes

Experience performing inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and investigating inventory discrepancies

Experience using ERP, inventory management, warehouse management, or similar business systems

Ability to analyze operational and inventory data, perform billing-related checks, and collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders

This position is eligible for a short-term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
