Costa Crociere invites a Guest Commerce Director to shape unforgettable onboard experiences while driving commercial results. As part of the Vessel Senior Management Team, you will blend strategy, leadership and guest insight to elevate engagement and revenue across the guest journey.
You will lead the onboard programme (Palimpsest), align with revenue departments, ensure Costa’s brand standards, and develop multicultural teams to deliver service excellence at sea.
