MindEarth is seeking a Business Development Manager for Insurance & Reinsurance in Milan. The role is hybrid, full-time, and located in Italy with opportunities to work with leading insurers, reinsurers, brokers, and innovation teams.
You will drive commercial growth across the Italian market, structure multi-year agreements, and lead pilots and PoCs. A strong network in Italian insurance and fluency in English and Italian are essential.
