Experteer Overview In this role you lead the sales organization for a medium to large business segment, translating strategy into customer value through your team. You will drive profitable growth, manage budgets and resources, and ensure a strong safety culture across the sales force. You collaborate with HR, forecast and report sales demand, and coordinate with product development to meet emerging customer needs. This is a high-impact position focused on scalable growth, cross‐functional alignment, and rigorous execution.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead and govern a sales organization for a medium/large segment with territory and product line scope
Execute the sales strategy to achieve revenue and profit targets
Set goals, coach, and develop sales staff; manage performance and career planning
Oversee budgeting, financial controls, and risk within sales operations
Coordinate cross-functionally with HR, NPD, and regional/global sales leadership
Drive ABSM: establish metrics, coach sellers, and deliver results
Utilize Atmus tools and processes (e.g., Atmus Sales Process, CRM)



for reporting and forecasting
Maintain strong customer relationships with quarterly face‐to‐face engagement
Ensure efficient territory/resource allocation and strategic growth initiatives
Lead EMEA‐specific growth strategy collaboration with regional leaders and ensure alignment across functions
Responsabilità University or college degree in Sales or Marketing or an acceptable combination of education and experience
Significant relevant work experience
Experience as a sales representative; experience in strategy, management/budgeting, product, technical roles, or CRM beneficial
Licensing for export controls or sanctions regulations may be required
Proven ability to manage and motivate both direct and dotted‐line reports
Experience with CRM systems and sales processes
Ability to develop and implement sales objectives and promotional programs
Experience in forecasts and strategic business reviews
