We are looking for a Marketing Production Manager to join our Italian Marketing team.
This is a tempo pieno contract position located in Rome.
The role will oversee campaign production & project management across our marketing campaigns for films, series, and overarching initiatives. The role will require strong project management skills and production expertise, with an ability to juggle multiple projects and to navigate multiple tools & complex workflows whilst maintaining creative excellence and operational best practices for the business.
This person will join our Marketing team and will work closely with cross-functional partners across Netflix's Marketing and communications groups to connect our stories with millions of people worldwide.
This person will manage the production and delivery of all marketing campaign assets for local and international titles across our Series, Films and Unscripted slates in Italy, ensuring that all the elements that go into making a great campaign are delivered on time and on budget. We are looking for a nimble, solutions-oriented, project management expert, who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
You will work closely with in-house producers in our AV, Art & Print, Digital as well as external creative and production agencies, to manage Netflix's production and operational campaign needs. You will partner closely with marketing managers working across the Italian team, to ensure creative and operational excellence and solutions led project management approach to all the campaigns you are assigned to.
