Experteer Overview As Site IT Manager at BorgWarner in Arcore, you lead IT services for the site, aligning with enterprise IT strategy and governance. You own the site digital roadmap and drive practical AI and automation initiatives with the business. You collaborate with regional and global IT teams to ensure enterprise capabilities are delivered locally, while supporting plant engineering and operations and building a capable local IT team.

Drive an AI-first digital roadmap and deliver practical AI/low-code solutions
Own IT/OT execution at site level, ensuring MES/SCADA/engineering systems alignment and cybersecurity
Enforce zero-trust principles, manage risks with global teams, and maintain business continuity plans
Lead local deployment of digital initiatives and responsible AI practices with data governance
Own end-to-end IT service performance, monitor SLAs/KPIs, elevate and drive improvements




Lead site-level IT projects and vendor coordination, ensuring alignment with global PMO standards
Develop and nurture the local IT team, fostering ownership and continuous improvement
Manage site IT financials including budget, forecast, and actuals
Act as IT Single point of contact for plant and tech center leadership
Operate within the global IT operating model and standards
Responsabilità Experience leading IT for a manufacturing site or plant
Proven ability to drive AI adoption and practical AI/automation solutions
Strong IT/OT, cybersecurity, and governance knowledge
Experience with project and portfolio management in a site context
Leadership and people development capabilities
Vendor management and coordination across global teams
Budgeting and financial management experience
