Experteer Overview In this role you will partner with country leadership to drive profitability through insightful financial analysis and strategic collaboration. You will support finance, commercial and marketing teams, aligning budgeting and performance monitoring with regional strategies. You'll influence investment decisions, optimize costs, and improve financial processes at the country level, contributing to Amplifon's growth and operational efficiency. This is a hands‐on, cross‐functional role with a focus on shaping financial outcomes and adding real‐world impact.
Retribuzione / Benefits Act as a trusted advisor to senior and middle management, delivering financial insights to guide decisions and aligning with marketing strategies
Ensure accurate data, timely closing, and reporting alignment with group timelines across country finance and business stakeholders
Lead annual budgeting and periodic forecasting for assigned business segments




Support external and internal audits and help deploy global financial strategies at the country level
Contribute to investment cases by gathering cost estimates and building financial models to analyze profitability and efficiency
Responsabilità Master degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fields
4 – 7 years of experience in Financial Controlling, Commercial Finance or similar roles
Strong analytical skills in financial planning, KPI tracking, cost monitoring and business case evaluation
Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial closing within a corporate environment
Ability to work cross-functionally with finance, marketing and commercial teams to drive financial performance
Proficiency in Oracle, Power BI, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
