The candidate will join Digital HR Team and support digital adoption across Valentino's global HR community, leveraging our HR information system suite. This is a unique opportunity to take part in a major HR digital transformation, as Valentino launches the implementation of a new global HCM platform .
Responsibilities Support the management of HR processes across our global HRIS modules — Core HR, Talent & Development, Recruiting, and Learning.
Help deliver training and enablement for key users, equipping the HR community with the digital skills they need.
Support HR data quality and data integrity across systems,



identifying and correcting inconsistencies.
Support data migration and reconciliation activities within the HRIS transformation.
Support the configuration and testing of HRIS modules and new system releases.
Manage master data and user access within the HR systems.
Provide first-level support to key users, helping to resolve queries and improve adoption.
Maintain user guides, FAQs, and process documentation for the HR community.
Collaborate with external consultants on day-to-day business operations and application maintenance.
Contribute to the rollout of new digital HR solutions and process improvements.
Requirements Recently completed a degree in Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
Interest in HR Transformation and HR Data Management.
Good knowledge of English.
Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and the Microsoft Office 365 suite; knowledge of Power BI is a plus.
Familiarity with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday
