Programme Manager – 9 Months – Hybrid (EMEA Travel) | Minimal Onsite (Northern Italy) | English Required | Additional European Languages Beneficial
Overview Our client is seeking a Salesforce Programme Manager to orchestrate a major transformation programme. You will oversee and orchestrate the project as a whole across a number of affiliate sites, coordinate stakeholders across multiple countries, for communication, change, localisation, testing, go-live, and hypercare activities.
Key Responsibilities Orchestrate key workstreams: Localisation, Testing, Change & Communication
Support rollout across UK, Greece, Poland, Benelux
Lead phased deployment, go-live, and hypercare
Manage stakeholder engagement across affiliates
Drive delivery alignment, risks, and governance
Requirements Salesforce CRM programme delivery experience
Pharma / Life Sciences background
Experience with full lifecycle CRM implementations
Strong track record in multi-country rollouts & change management
