GTS Digital - Technical Proposals Application Engineer M /F/D Specialista Senior / Project Manager
In this role, you lead the technical aspects of commercial proposals, defining scope, deliverables and cost estimates. You collaborate with sales, commercial and engineering teams to ensure technically sound, viable solutions that support energy transition. You’ll assess RFQs, tailor scopes of work, and manage risk to drive successful deals. This position combines engineering expertise with digital and industrial solutions to unlock KPI-driven value for customers.

Collaborate with Commercial Manager, Solution Architects and Digital Sales Team during deal negotiations to shape technical scope
Analyze technical specs, tenders, and RFQs to identify technical and commercial risks
Define and prepare comprehensive Scopes of Work including product, digital solutions, training, and schedules




Develop cost estimates and manage cost control for proposed services and solutions
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical implementation risks throughout proposal development
Coordinate with internal functions to address deviations and respond to customer requests
Contribute to continuous improvement of Inquiry-to-Order (ITO) processes with Global Technical Sales counterparts
Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline
Interest in new technologies, digitalization and AI applications
Familiarity with or strong interest in Oil & Gas rotating equipment
Willingness to work in a global environment and support energy transition
Strong written and verbal English communication
Flexibility to travel as needed, including short-notice travel
Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills
