Revolut is seeking an Operational Resilience Manager to oversee and enhance our ability to withstand disruptions and sustain critical services. You will collaborate with risk, compliance, and service delivery teams to document and report resilience activities.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field, 4–6 years’ experience in resilience or risk management within finance, and a strong grasp of DORA requirements. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential.
