You will join the Marketing team at our Business Campus in Spoltore (PE), where you will take on meaningful challenges and contribute to projects with real business impact.

What You’ll Be Empowered To Do

You will actively contribute to:

- Developing winning business and brand strategies, grounded in a deep understanding of consumers and markets
- Defining strategic direction through analysis of local insights and competitive landscape
- Building and strengthening brand equity, tailoring initiatives to local needs
- Designing innovative initiatives and responding with agility to competitive moves

Your technical playground

- Master's degree completed or in progress in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration or related fields
- Analytical mindset and data-driven approach
- Strong command of Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication skills in Italian and English, both written and spoken
