South Pole is seeking an AI Developer to design, build and ship production-grade AI features, including LLM-powered workflows, retrieval pipelines, and agentic tooling. This hands-on role targets medior-to-senior levels, with emphasis on trustworthy, cost-aware AI systems in production.

You will collaborate with Tech Lead and product owners to translate business problems into AI solutions, ensuring measurable accuracy, reliability, and scalable performance across data sources and back-ends.
