Experteer Overview As System Engineer, you help drive deployment of advanced robotic material-handling solutions across customer sites. You act as the key liaison between customers and the engineering team, leading installations, troubleshooting, and training to ensure smooth operation. You collaborate with R&D; to feed field feedback into product improvements and drive system performance optimization. This role combines hands‐on deployment with cross‐functional coordination to deliver reliable, scalable automation.
Retribuzione / Benefits Lead system deployments at customer sites: installation, testing, and user training
Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and control systems (onsite and remote)
Troubleshoot issues with R&D; to identify root causes and implement fixes
Collaborate with R&D; engineers on system upgrades and feature enhancements
Maintain up‐to‐date technical support documentation for internal and customer use




Monitor system performance with diagnostic tools and implement preventative measures
Identify optimization opportunities to improve current and future systems
Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and handover with customers and internal teams
Responsabilità Bachelor in Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience
Strong understanding of system engineering, robotics, and automation technologies
Experience with programming languages (C/C++ or Python) is a plus
Fluency in English (written and spoken)
Willingness to travel frequently
Strong attention to detail and structured approach
Good communication skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively
