The Role
As a Partnerships Executive, your core mission is to identify, negotiate, and secure high-value programmatic advertising partnerships. You will own the full sales cycle, from outbound prospecting to closing deals, with a specific focus on driving revenue within Italy and establishing Tangoo as a dominant force in the international market.
You aren't just selling a product; you are architecting omnichannel strategies (CTV, Audio, Retail Media) that help our partners win.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development:



Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities with direct advertisers and major agencies (e.g., OMD, Havas, WPP, IPG).
Executive Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with senior-level decision-makers to foster long-term strategic growth.
End-to-End Sales Management: Manage the full sales cycle, focusing on outbound products and ensuring adherence to our ideal client matrix.
Strategic Storytelling: Collaborate with our Marketing and Creative teams to build high-impact, data-driven pitch decks and omnichannel proposals (incorporating CTV, Display, Audio, etc.).
Product Advocacy: Act as a market expert, educating clients on industry trends and Tangoo's unique AdTech suite.
CRM Excellence: Utilize HubSpot as your "single source of truth," maintaining 100% accurate records to enable data-driven acquisition strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Pre-Sales, Media Planners, and Customer Success to ensure a frictionless "Closed-Won" transition and su
