Overview In this role you will support the Project Supply Chain Manager across the procurement lifecycle for complex chemical, petrochemical and energy plant projects. Based in Corsico (Milan) with hybrid options, you will collaborate with international clients and a results-driven team to deliver technical procurement solutions. You will shape the project's supplier strategy, expedite activities, and lead commercial discussions to meet client expectations, schedules, and cost targets. This is a mission-driven opportunity to influence large-scale energy projects within a global firm.
Responsibilities Define the Project Procurement Plan and Procedures
Execute supply chain activities including expediting, procurement and negotiation
Conduct market scouting and supplier onboarding
Define bidder lists and prepare tender documentation with tailored pricing
Lead technical and commercial clarification meetings with bidders
Negotiate Terms & Conditions and finalize commercial bid tabulations and purchase orders




Collaborate with key stakeholders to align with client and company expectations
Ensure compliance with project execution plans, processes, and procedures
Track and report KPIs to monitor cost reduction and efficiency
Prepare tailored procurement reports per project/client requirements
Adhere to code of conduct and corporate policies
Qualifications 10–15 years of experience
MSc or BSc in Engineering or Economics
Fluent in English and Italian
Strong communication, planning and organizational skills
Pro‐active problem solver
Familiar with Office tools
Willingness to travel and relocate for projects
Desirable: knowledge of French
