Our client is a renowned company specializing in the in-house production of high-quality motion control systems for industrial applications. As part of an international group, we combine technological innovation with manufacturing excellence. To strengthen our team at our headquarters in Turin (Vanchiglietta area), we are looking for an experienced, proactive, and analytical Finance & Management Control Manager.
Role Overview
Reporting directly to the corporate management and the parent company, you will oversee all administrative, accounting, and financial activities, supervising one team member.
A key focus of this role will be driving the evolution of our management control systems and supporting a major corporate ERP transition.
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Financial Statements, including general ledger (GL) and analytical/cost accounting, monthly accounting statements and periodic management accounts, comprehensive management reporting in English for the parent company, monthly and annual accounting closings.
Management Control, in particular develop a structured management control system, and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast figures and define and monitor key financial and operational KPIs to support strategic decisions.
Tax & Corporate Compliance, collaborating with the external accounting firm for periodic tax obligations (VAT, F24, CU, etc.), supporting the preparation of the annual statutory financial statements and coordinating with the Group's statutory auditors for all audit-related activities.
