For several international projects to be held in one of our clients, a multinational company based in Rome , we are looking for brilliant candidates with experience as Service Manager (IT and Digital Transformation) : Qualifications Degree in Engineering, Maths or Computer Science; Engineering or IT background; 2 years of experience; Expertise Good knowledge of cloud environment; Familiarity with SOAP, REST architectures; ITIL approach knowledge; Strong analysis skills. Other Skills Orientation to problem solving and proactivity; Main role and activities Creation and understanding of SLAs and KPIs based on the type of service, customer journey and business requirements; Definition and design of operational processes for the management and resolution of incidents, service requests and change requests; Service team's coordination,



designated in the management of incident and issue; Problem management: coordination of the various internal and external teams for the resolution of problems and critical issues with a strong impact on the end user and customer experience; Service governance; Definition of reports based on technical and business needs.
