Experteer Overview In this role you own end-to-end deployment of first-time automation technologies across Amazon's fulfillment network, shaping scalable deployment frameworks and playbooks. You lead cross-functional alignment, advise senior leadership, and mentor engineers, with a focus on turning undefined deployment problems into repeatable, global solutions. You will travel across Europe during peak seasons, coordinating complex on-site implementations and driving long-term scalability. This position sits at the Robotics Delivery & Packaging Innovation team, impacting how automation scales across regions.
Retribuzione / Benefits Define and own end-to-end deployment strategy for new automation tech where processes don't yet exist
Lead cross-functional alignment across teams, vendors, site operations, and regional stakeholders
Build scalable deployment mechanisms, frameworks, and tooling for repeatable standards
Resolve complex deployment problems across multiple technical domains and provide actionable feedback to engineering




Mentor and develop junior deployment engineers and promote engineering best practices
Evaluate and deliver large-scale automation technologies across countries and building types
Automate and optimize deployment processes to reduce waste and ensure predictable paths
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in a related field
Experience leading complex automation deployment projects end-to-end
Subject matter expertise in multiple technical domains (e.g., robotics + deployment design, automation hardware + infrastructure, conveyance + sortation)
Ability to influence across teams and advise leadership on trade-offs
Track record building scalable mechanisms or tooling used across an organization
Experience mentoring engineers
Strong written communication skills
Willingness to travel up to 50% during EU deployment seasons
