We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to manage purchasing activities for assigned categories, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best economic and contractual terms in line with our strategies.
Contract type: permanent.
Key Responsibilities Operate according to the defined procurement strategies for the assigned purchasing categories.
Collaborate with the supervisor to achieve company savings goals for assigned categories.
Prepare and follow the annual negotiation plan for assigned categories, ensuring timely coverage.
Support supplier selection during screening, and subsequent monitoring phases.
Assist internal clients during procurement competency phases.
Engage various business directions to identify opportunities for process improvement, cost savings, and service level enhancements.




Purchase the best products and services on the market, meeting quality standards.
Conduct preventive and periodic supplier quality evaluations, reviewing references, behaviour, and competitiveness in price, delivery, payment terms, etc.
Cooperate with business areas and legal department to ensure correct contract drafting.
Ensure the assignment of services or purchases through specific calls for tender (Gare/RDO) following company procedures and group policy.
Ensure proper purchase order issuance and clear definition of supply conditions.
Apply purchasing procedures correctly.
Update required systems within the time frames set by the supervisor.
Proactively suggest new tools to optimise performance and organisation.
Adopt a proactive stance toward risks, reporting anomalies and proposing mitigation actions.
Qualifications Diploma or degree in economics or related fields.
