Overview

In this role you will support SAP-driven production processes within a global ERP landscape, contributing to a major SAP transformation. You’ll work closely with cross‑functional teams to design, implement, and optimize production solutions, while training users and managing incidents. Your efforts will help ensure smooth logistics and P2P processes, with opportunities to roll out new versions and grow your competencies in a global company. This is an on‑site position with potential remote days and occasional travel, offering a meaningful impact on industrial innovation.

Responsibilities

- Support the P2P workstream within the global SAP transformation project T360
- Analyze, design, and implement SAP‑based production processes for various projects and changes
- Prepare requirement analyses and technical specifications; configure solutions per customer needs
- Plan and deliver training sessions for key users and end users
- Support logistics‑related business applications and processes by resolving incidents/changes within SLAs
- Manage escalations per defined processes and coordinate between stakeholders
- Share knowledge within the team and support competency development and deliverables quality




- Assist with rollout of new SAP versions and updates
- On‑site role with potential remote work, occasional travel may be required
- University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of professional SAP consultant experience, preferably in machinery and plant engineering
- Extensive expertise in SAP production processes (SAP PP, ideally PP/DS and aATP)
- Solid experience with integration into other SAP modules (MM, EWM, WM, SD, FICO)
- Desirable experience in MES
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- High customer orientation and excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Very good Italian and English skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel and participate in on‑site activities
