Trilogy in Bologna seeks a Technical Support Engineer to tackle unsolved tickets by blending practical troubleshooting with AI-guided resolution. You will analyze logs, review API behavior, and ensure accurate customer communications while mastering REST APIs, JSON, HTTP status codes, and CLI tools.

This is a full-time contractor role with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. Salary is $30 USD/hour, paid weekly, equating to about $60,000 USD/year for a 40-hour week and 50 weeks per year.
