Eaton’s Mobility Group is shaping the future of mobility through cutting-edge technologies that enhance safety, maximize efficiency, and drive sustainable innovation.Eaton’s Mobility Group is currently seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join our dynamic team based in Turin, Italy .In this role, you will play a key part in financial planning and analysis across EMEA headquarters , with responsibility for forecasting, consolidation, and the analysis and reporting of financial performance. Acting as a strategic business partner to regional and functional leadership, you will deliver high-quality financial insights , support informed decision-making, and help drive organizational alignment. What you’ll do:Lead consolidation of Actuals, Rolling Forecast, and Profit Plan results at HQ levelProvide clear and actionable variance analysis on P&L; and Balance Sheet vs. forecast, plan, and prior yearSupport and coordinate the annual Profit Plan and Strategic Plan processes, contributing to regional financial alignmentOwn the preparation and sharing of monthly functional budgets,



partnering with Mobility EMEA functional leadersAct as a key interface between plants and HQ for functional budget analysis and ad hoc financial requestsContribute to HQ ledger management and regional allocation processes, ensuring accuracy and consistencySupport regional Cost-Out (CI) reporting, initiatives, and ad hoc business cases, providing financial insights to drive performance improvementsSupport regional CAPEX reporting, contributing to planning and forecast accuracyDrive continuous improvement of reporting processes, enhancing efficiency, transparency, and data qualityQualifications:BS degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration; MBA preferredMinimum 2 years in Finance Controlling. Solid experience in operational finance within an on-site environment, with strong accounting knowledgeProficient in English and ItalianStrong interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills, with
