In this role you will lead field service activities across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and beyond, servicing both Elliott and non‐Elliott equipment. You act as the main technical advisor on‐site, guiding installation, commissioning, maintenance and troubleshooting for onshore and offshore customers. You'll manage complex service packages, ensure safety, and drive timely problem resolution with a global service mindset. This is a hands‐on, customer‐facing position with travel, offering a key opportunity to shape reliability in rotating equipment. Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as the field service technical lead on site and as a resource for customers and other field staff Supervise on‐site staff from Elliott, customer, and contracted teams,



providing technical guidance Prepare job quotes and contribute to invoicing content and profitability decisions Manage complex service packages and contracts; investigate problems and disputes; propose solutions to customers and within Elliott Identify hazards and implement mitigation for field tasks Ensure effective field service reporting to capture root causes and corrective actions Coordinate with Field Service Operations management to support department activities Responsabilità Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent mechanical apprenticeship 5–10 years of experience with rotating equipment Hands‐on, supervisory experience in field service Proven ability to write xrdztoy detailed service reports Experience working on‐site with customers and leading their personnel during installation, repair and maintenance Willingness to travel ~200+ days per year across Europe, Middle East, Russia and Africa Offshore work in the UK North Sea included Excellent English language skills Health, Safety & Environment focus and promoting safety at work Proficiency with
