Experteer Overview In this role you lead deployments of the ServiceChannel platform for facilities teams across multi‐site operations, owning the full implementation lifecycle. You translate real‐world facilities workflows into scalable configurations and guide customers through configuration, training, testing, and go‐live. You collaborate with cross‐functional teams and senior stakeholders to ensure adoption and high‐quality delivery in a fast‐paced environment. This position offers impact by shaping how customers manage maintenance, vendor networks, and service delivery at scale.
Retribuzione / Benefits Serve as a functional and domain expert on ServiceChannel with facilities management knowledge
Lead discovery sessions to map facilities workflows, service models, and vendor structures
Translate requirements into detailed project plans aligned with scope, budget, and timelines
Guide customers through configuration, training, testing, and go‐live with operational adoption in mind
Communicate complex concepts to technical and non‐technical stakeholders
Build relationships with cross‐functional teams and provide delivery leadership
Deliver end‐to‐end client support including configuration recommendations and integration support
Troubleshoot complex functional and technical issues related to facilities workflows and service execution
Manage resources to meet milestones and ensure high‐quality delivery
Participate in cross‐functional initiatives to advocate for facilities‐driven needs
Mentor junior project managers on implementation methodology and best practices
Responsabilità Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
6+ years managing enterprise software implementations (CRM, EAM, FM, or similar platforms)
Strong understanding of Facilities Management, Maintenance Operations, or Service Delivery environments
Experience managing all phases of the enterprise implementation lifecycle
Proven ability to deliver complex, multi‐stakeholder implementations for
