Position Summary
Senior Vice President, Energy & Utility – responsible for leading the Energy Strategy and Utility Delivery organization across Europe to support QTS's long‐term growth.
Responsibilities
Drive electric generation, transmission & substation projects across Europe.
Own European utility infrastructure strategy (generation,



transmission, procurement).
Account for > EUR500M portfolio and 20+ concurrent large projects.
Define capital allocation and prioritization model.
Direct a team leading high‐voltage project execution – scope, schedule, budget.
Negotiate contracts with substation EPCs and utility partners.
Track, report, and oversee power project status for all European sites.
Develop utility portfolio‐level budget and financial reporting.
Establish and frame forecast development to aid procurement and vendor partners.
Drive continuous improvement in project execution organization.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to project managers and leadership.
Influence cross‐organizational peers to deliver power capacity in line with customer demand.
Qualifications
15+ years of experience in utilities and energy sector with construction management expertise.
15+ years of people‐leader experience.
