What The Day Will Look Like
As a Senior Associate within Aon Inpoint's Strategic Engagement team, you will play a hands‐on role in leading and developing Aon's most important strategic relationships with major insurance carriers across EMEA and beyond. You will operate as part of small, international account teams and work closely with senior colleagues, Aon leadership and C‐level collaborators at carrier partners.
Your Day-to-day Activities Will Include
Supporting and dynamically taking ownership within a number of multimillion‐euro carrier relationships
Preparing, structuring and running senior-level meetings, including agenda setting, capturing decisions and ensuring structured follow‐up
Analysing data such as premium flows, performance indicators and carrier comparisons using proficient Excel capabilities
Translating analyses into high‐impact PowerPoint presentations for senior internal and external audiences
Acting as a connector between Aon's local, regional and global teams and senior collaborators at insurance carriers
Chipping in to broader initiatives and discussions advised by data within Inpoint and across Aon
