We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – Process Automation & Control Systems to join our Process Automation team in Monza. This position is responsible for managing and executing Control and Automation projects in Italy & EastMed region. As a Technical Project Manager, you will ensure the successful delivery of our high‐level solutions, fully aligned with company standards and the strategic objectives of Project Operations. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, ensuring strong financial performance, and maintaining excellence in both the technical and financial execution of projects.
Responsibilities
Lead projects in Italy & EastMed region from the opportunity development phase through to final delivery to the customer, with responsibility for the overall project scope, including resources, execution, and delivery, with a focus on meeting technical and contractual objectives.
Ensure project delivery in line with its technical and contractual scope, optimizing costs and timelines. This includes managing execution plans, activity planning,



cost estimation, risks and opportunities (including related mitigation and realization plans), as well as communication protocols and reporting to the customer.
Coordinate technical activities for smaller projects.
Ensure project financial performance, including monthly reviews, monitoring actual costs versus estimated costs, invoicing and collections, scope variations (change orders), and contract negotiations, with the goal of improving project financial and operational metrics.
Establish and manage customer relationships, anticipating and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction, proactively involving the necessary departments.
Collaborate with internal functions (Engineering, Sourcing, Proposal & Estimation, Manufacturing, and Lifecycle Solutions & Services) to resolve issues, ensure quality, validate estimates, optimize execution, ensure proper project closure, and maximize service op
