Experteer Overview As Salesforce Product Manager, you link business needs with the Salesforce roadmap to deliver scalable CRM solutions. You'll coordinate with business leaders, CRM and technology teams, and Salesforce partners to translate complex requirements into actionable plans. You'll help shape end-to-end CRM processes, data foundations, and adoption strategies in a global, cross-functional setting. This is a hands-on role focused on measurable outcomes and impact within a evolving systems landscape. Retribuzione / Benefits Act as the primary link between business stakeholders, the Salesforce team, and Product & Technology to reflect business priorities in the CRM roadmap Support definition, maintenance, and delivery of the CRM roadmap with CRM and Billing & Payments leadership and teams Lead assessments of current processes and contribute to future process definitions to identify opportunities and impacts Translate commercial, contractual, and operational needs into clear product requirements, roadmaps,



and backlogs Collaborate with Salesforce Business Partners and engineering to ensure solutions align with processes and integrate across platforms Support scalable CRM data foundations enabling reliable reporting, analytics, and downstream use cases Drive change and adoption by promoting new ways of working and supporting users through transitions Communicate priorities, progress, trade-offs, and outcomes with stakeholders using narratives and data-driven decision making Responsabilità 3+ years of product management experience, with hands-on CRM/Salesforce exposure preferred Strong product mindset: framing problems, making trade-offs, delivering outcomes in complex systems Experience turning business/operational needs into product requirements and roadmaps Data-driven decision making with solid business judgment Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify gaps and propose scalable solutions Excellent communication to articulate trade-offs and guide stak
