Epassi is Europe’s leading provider of employee benefits technology, building an AI-powered platform used by millions of employees and employers across Europe. You will design, code, ship, and operate the agentic AI platform, integrating LLMs and tool calling for products across multiple markets.

This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll own the platform end-to-end, collaborate with product teams in Europe, and contribute to reliable, data-grounded solutions in a fintech-adjacent domain.
