We are looking for a Proposal Engineer . In your role you will report to the Application Engineering manager and you will be part of Sales Department You will be based in LU-VE S.p.A, Uboldo (VA), Italy.

Mission of the role

A Proposal Engineer oversees the development, management, and submission of business proposals, ensuring they are compelling, compliant, and delivered on time.

You will be in charge of

- Coordinating the entire proposal process from start to finish, adopting a consultative approach and considering the broader system in which our products are integrated and expected to perform.
- Developing technical and commercial proposals by gathering, organizing and consolidating information from multiple departments, ensuring alignment with customer requirements and company objectives.
- Interacting with customers to clarify technical and application requirements and tailoring proposals to best meet their needs.
- Sharing and continuously transferring market and application knowledge within the Application Engineering team through training and knowledge-sharing activities.

Education & Experience We Are Looking For

- At least 10 years in the role/similar role in medium/large companies preferable in the refrigeration sector




- Engineering Degree (Energy, Mechanical, Materials, Aerospace Engineering)

Qualifications We Are Looking For

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
- Strong Communication: Ability to convey complex information clearly and persuasively to both internal teams and clients.
- Multitasking and Organization: Managing multiple proposals and deadlines efficiently.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Guiding teams and coordinating across departments.
- Technical and Computer Literacy: Proficiency with proposal software, document management systems, and presentation tools.
- Analytical and Research Skills: Understanding client needs and market trends to create competitive proposals.

The indicative salary range for this position is between 60k and 70k gross per year, depending on the candidate’s experience and seniority level. An annual MBO premio and a company car are also provided as part of the compensation package.
