Iveco Group in Turin, Italy seeks a Field Quality Specialist to perform precise field quality analysis, document issues, and enable rapid root-cause identification for the most critical product problems.

As the final escalation point, you will stabilize complex cases, communicate clearly with customers and dealers, escalate to Engineering with solid evidence, and drive field actions that restore uptime and customer confidence. Fluent English is required; French knowledge is a plus.
