Business Development Manager – Manufacturing (Milano)
As a Business Development Manager for Blue Data, you will coordinate commercial initiatives across business units, enrich and develop the value proposition, co‑define the commercial strategy with division directors, manage communication planning in partnership with the Communication department, and drive new business opportunities through partnership and partnership development.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate commercial initiatives with business units.
- Update and develop the value proposition.
- Define the commercial strategy with division directors.
- Plan and execute communication strategies with the Communication department.
- Manage partnership activities and identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- 4–6 years of experience in sales or commercial development.
- Knowledge of digital or engineering sectors.
- Excellent English (B2/C1).
- Strong collaboration skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Results‑oriented, autonomous, and relational abilities.
Compensation
Permanent contract; RAL €50,000–55,000 with a €35,000 premio and company vehicle.
