The Role & Why Now
Our Sales team is growing incredibly fast internationally. To support this rapid expansion and accelerate our pipeline generation, we need an engine that brings high-quality business opportunities from the outside into our system. While our operations team handles system stability, the GTM Engineer will be the technical driving force behind our lead acquisition.
We are looking for a GTM Engineer to join our centralized Operations team in Milan. This is a unique hybrid role—halfway between a marketer and a technician—focused on pure building, execution, and automation. You will be the absolute owner of our outbound infrastructure, turning data extraction, enrichment, and outreach into a scalable, high-performing pipeline machine.
