Experteer Overview In this role you shape analog layout for Marvell's central engineering hub, delivering high-quality designs across multiple nodes. You'll work with global teams to simulate, verify, and refine layouts using Cadence Virtuoso, shaping cutting‐edge technologies for automotive, storage, security, and networking applications. You'll own development stages from floorplanning to delivery, mentor teammates, and present solutions in a collaborative, fast‐paced environment. This is a hands‐on, impact‐driven opportunity at a company that values partnership and continuous learning.
Retribuzione / Benefits Run simulations and verifications using Cadence Virtuoso with the designer to meet specifications
Collaborate closely with designers and participate in iterative debugging
Own multiple development stages: floorplan, layout, verification, delivery, and support
Present progress and issues to global teams; contribute in routine project meetings




Act as technical mentor within layout team and broader project team
Engage in knowledge sharing and continuous learning across the group
Responsabilità Fundamental understanding of electrical concepts
Degree in Electrical Engineering
Proficiency with CAD tools for implementation layers beyond schematics
Track record delivering high‐speed or precision analog circuits, across multiple process nodes
Ownership of full development cycle from cells to full interfaces or chips
Strong communication for status updates across time zones and levels of the organization
