Serco Canada Inc. is recruiting a Full-stack Developer for IPCHEM, the European Commission’s chemical data platform. Based in Ispra, Italy, you will lead data harmonisation, integration, and dissemination using ETL, ownCloud, R, and Python.

You will coordinate with data providers and users, document onboarding processes, and guide updates to datasets. Strong PostgreSQL/PostGIS experience and PM²/Scrum familiarity are required, with excellent English communication.
